How it works
- Choose the moment and the place. The date can be a birth, a wedding or the day you met; the place is wherever it happened.
- We calculate it. The real sunrise or full moon night that follows from that date — to the minute, with the time zone of that place on that day.
- They receive it. A gift page with the sky of that moment and a certificate that is also a poster to print and frame: A4, A3, US Letter or 11×14, right after payment.
Questions
Can I dedicate the sunrise of the day we met, years ago?
Not that one — every Resthe moment is still ahead when you buy it. Instead, Life Moments start from a date in the past — the day you met, your wedding, a birth — and give a real moment that follows from it: your next anniversary sunrise, or the sunrise of a date you choose, numbered from the day you met.
How do you count our sunrises together?
Exactly, sunrise by sunrise at the place you choose, from the first sunrise after you met. Where the sun does not rise for weeks (polar nights and days), those days are not counted. We count up to 80° latitude.
What if we don't know the exact time?
That is fine. Without a time, we ask whether it was before or after sunrise that day, and we show you that day’s sunrise time to help.
The baby is not born yet. Can I buy Your First Sunrise now?
Yes. Enter the expected date and, if you know it, the time; you confirm that the moment is calculated from what you entered. You can buy up to two years ahead. The moment is fixed when you buy it; if the baby arrives on a different day, it does not move.
What does the certificate look like?
A premium certificate that is also a poster to print and frame: A4, A3, US Letter or 11×14, ready right after payment. The gift page shows the sky of that moment right away.
Is a Life Moment listed in the public registry?
Not by default: Life Moments are private unless you choose to show the first name and initial.
