A gift for a long-distance relationship

A sunrise where they are — the exact minute the sun rises over their city, dedicated by you. The nearest one or on the day you choose; a certificate to print.

You can’t be there for the sunrise. But you can give it to them.
When you live in different time zones, the day itself is out of sync: your morning is their night. Resthe lets you reach across that. Choose the place where they are (their street, their balcony, the park they walk through) and we dedicate a sunrise or sunset there to them, in your name, the nearest one or on the day you choose.
The gift page shows the moment in their local time, with a countdown you can both follow from wherever you are, and the certificate with the place, the coordinates, the exact time and your message is ready right after payment. When it happens, the page says “Your moment has arrived”.
Which moment fits

The Full Moon Night · $4.99The one moment you can share: full moon happens at the same instant everywhere. Depending on your time zones, your nights may fall on neighbouring dates, but you look at the same moon.
Ideas
- Choose the place you will meet next: the airport, the station, the café.
- Or the place you met first, and dedicate the moment to “us”.
Dedication length: up to 240 characters for Sky Wonders.
Questions
Whose time zone is used?
The moment happens at the place you choose, so the gift page and the certificate show the local time there. The countdown works wherever you are.
Can I send it to another country?
Yes. It’s a link; it works on any phone, anywhere, with no app.
Can we both watch the full moon?
Yes. Full moon happens at one instant for the whole planet. Because of time zones, the night you see it may be a day apart, but it is the same moon.
How soon is the moment?
The nearest sunrise or sunset is usually within 24 hours and the nearest full moon night within about 30 days, or choose any day up to two years ahead. You see the exact date and local time before you pay.
Will they get a notification?
They can turn on a notification on the gift page, or leave an email, to be told when the moment arrives.
Dedicate a moment where they are
A commemorative dedication recorded in the private Resthe registry — not ownership of the sky, the weather or land, and not an official registration.
